I'm tall in most shirts (16.5 inch neckline and 34/35 skinny shirts in collared shirts). I bought the medium one because I like that the base layers are tighter so they don't move around a lot. The fit was perfect, long enough to tuck pants in and not ride up. Be a good thermal base layer.
