The team at karvitech is very skilled when it comes down customer service issues or account management questions! They will have all bases covered from initial contact through implementation/ongoing maintenance & support!! It's easy dealing wtih them as they're always quick withe response time (even if that means responding late into night).
There really isn't anything I can say about their technical knowledge because we haven’d had any major problems yet but what i do know personally - having worked there before this job was created --they work hard every day towards making sure our systems run smoothly so my hat goes off too 'em :). Their communication skills could be better though sometimes emails don'y seem clear enough which may lead you astray thinking something wasn"T quite right until later realizing its actually correct afterall.
