Direct replacement fan
Direct replacement fan in stock. They do NOT come with a Molex connector, but that's fine as they're easier to connect with some solder and heat shrink instead of messing around with the wiring harness and running the wires to the motherboard. Especially if you have an Ender 3 Pro, the only way to access the circuit board is to turn the device upside down.
