The bolt is fixed and cannot rotate on the webbing and is a PITA to get into the bracket on the truck. and the strap was too short to use both screw holes, only one could be inserted (see a youtube video of someone having the same problem). otherwise they are functional. Use your old straps as a template to bend them.
