The front pads are oversized although they claim this is a complete set to fit our Rav4

First, the delivery of the goods was delayed. Now when I install discs and pads I find that the front brake pads don't fit (too long), although the product selector indicates it was the right choice for our 2008 RAV4. The rotor seems fine. I don't know anything about the rear brakes yet because I started with the front ones. Now I need to buy a set of front brake pads from a local shop. I'll update later when I get to the rear brakes. At the moment I am very disappointed with the delivery and fit.
