and just slightly better than my oem

Installed in my Toyota Rav4 2016 XLE. It has 296 front brake discs and the brake pads fit. Suitable for rear wheel and brake pads. They contained only one pack of fat in front and two in back. It's enough in the back, not enough in the front. You probably forgot to put an extra in front. Lubrication with two bags per axle is sufficient, but it was more difficult with one. I've already bought more lube on the side. The brakes are quiet and hold up a little better than my OEM. I did everythingโ€ฆ

First, the delivery of the goods was delayed. Now when I install discs and pads I find that the front brake pads don't fit (too long), although the product selector indicates it was the right choice for our 2008 RAV4. The rotor seems fine. I don't know anything about the rear brakes yet because I started with the front ones. Now I need to buy a set of front brake pads from a local shop. I'll update later when I get to the rear brakes. At the moment I am very disappointed with the delivery andโ€ฆ

Impressive quality and performance

Installed these on my 2010 Toyota RAV4 to replace old brakes. They were fairly easy to install and greatly improved stopping distance. They also look great on the car. Pros: - Great price - Good performance - All hardware included - Looks great Cons: - Brake lube was barely enough, highly recommend getting some more from the auto parts store. Other thoughts: I only had these brakes. installed for about a month. My RAV4 had the original factory rotors when I got it and they were in pretty badโ€ฆ

Great pads and discs

Installed on my 10 year old Rav Limited V6. They were easy to install and I had never dealt with brakes before. I just found a video on YouTube and took my time. There are many steps, but nothing complicated. It just took a lot of rust cleaning. My brakes felt very soft for a while; I had to push harder than I thought was normal. I found that the rear calipers were also sticking, so they had to be replaced. The front pads were almost completely worn while the rear pads were more than 50% wornโ€ฆ

Good fit for a 2010 Rav4 V6

I've seen a couple of reviews saying the rotor is too thick and the calipers don't fit with new pads. The hardest part of this job for me was fitting the calipers to the new rotor with new pads, but they fit. Firstly, make sure the piston on the caliper is fully seated in the body, I just used the old c-clamp pads to push the piston back, and secondly, make sure the pads are properly spaced and as far apart as possible are removed. Third, I found it easier to install the caliper by starting atโ€ฆ

I was concerned about the thickness of the rims but when you go to their website they state the thickness of the rims. On my 2011 Rav4 Limited V6 they were the same thickness as the original. The installation is no different from the installation of other brake kits. The break-in instructions were a surprise. I had to find a way to perform these procedures. I have included photos of the "break-in" procedures and the rotors alongside the original rotors. After a week of normal driving, they areโ€ฆ
