Weak Device - USB-C Connection Intermittent

The device really looks like just a conglomerate of a circuit board in a can of pills. Standard USB connections worked well, but the USB-C connection was intermittent due to packaging. Connected to known working cables and sources, the meter turned on and off when the cables moved a little. The original plugin didn't work, I made the connection by wiggling the cable. I am assuming there is a broken or loose connection to the connectors on the board. It wasn't very expensive, but I think they should have put more in some sort of durable protective sleeve around the circuit board and display. This may work for a limited time, but I have a feeling that an accidental drop or bump will damage the device. It gives the impression of being disposable - I find it too expensive for disposable items. When it actually worked, it looked impressive. Good ad, good information in clear, colored text. The instructions are small. There is no information about the device on the Internet, such as detailed instructions or contact information. The instructions that come with it mention that if there is a problem with the unit you can contact them and they will be happy to replace it. However, there was no contact information anywhere. The only option was to bring him back to Revain. I decided to spend a few bucks more and get a more reliable USB-C tester from another manufacturer.
