Half-inch steel solves the problem of homemade pizza forever!
This was an amazing upgrade for homemade pizza. I can't believe the difference, it's day and night. I've dreamed of building a wood fired pizza oven for ten years and have tried all the usual oven tricks and tricks and it just completely solved the problem!
