The mounting plate is not assembled correctly to mate with the bracket it is attached to, so it should be secured with one screw instead of two. The threads on the connectors are too small, so the mounting nuts are too loose and can easily break if overtightened. The only advantage of this product is that it works and costs only 4 times less than OEM. Buy two if one doesn't work.
