I like that you can use it via your smartphone or computer to log things in, as well all see where people are at with their jobs/tasks etc through using this tool! It's easy enough so even someone without experience could complete tasks easily; maybe if they were more complicated though? Could be nice when scheduling appointments but then again we're talking business here - not the end user!! Definitely try out our software first before purchasing otherwise there will always something else better which comes along (i know i have!) We've streamlined processes internally by having everything logged into one app instead of multiple apps now! I like that this software can be used to manage multiple jobs at once, it's easy to use and understand. Not much I dislike about this program. It does everything you need it to do. The customer support is also very helpful. They are always willing to help you if you have any questions or concerns. This is a great product! We are able to keep track of all our jobs and see the status of each one at a glance.
