Review on SE 909NRC T Twisted Plastic Stopper: Secure and Versatile Closure Solution by Timothy Louis

Cuts through hard ground

I live in an area of the country where there is very hard red clay. It's almost impossible to hammer something into the ground, even with a sledgehammer. The pegs for this tent that came with my large family tent are useless unless we are camping on a sandy, muddy shoreline. Even then, they jump off the ground too easily. These SE tent stands work great. They stay perfectly straight when hammered or hammered, and with a slight twist in the pattern, they stay strong. The top part of the spike is metal so you can't hit the plastic with a hammer. Keep in mind that you risk breaking the plastic if you don't hit it squarely on the head. The plastic is bright orange so you don't lose them and the hook on it holds the tent well. They are designed for camping, not hiking, due to their heavy weight. They can also be used for gardening and other purposes. At the time of writing this review, the price isn't listed, but SE usually has good prices on their products. Highly recommended
