I like that they are very knowledgeable about their product and service. They have extensive knowledge of the products they sell and how to get the most out of them. There isn't anything I dislike. Everything was great! We don't receive any calls for support from them. Their customer service has been excellent. If you want the best, go with Matrix Networks! We needed something to help us move our call center into the cloud. We also needed someone who knew what they were doing and had a lot of experience in the industry. We found both of those things with Matrix Networks. They went above and beyond what we could have expected. We never felt rushed or like we weren't being taken care of.
