Excellent Service & Knowledgeable Staff

I like that they are very knowledgeable about their product and service. They have extensive knowledge of the products they sell and how to get the most out of them. There isn't anything I dislike. Everything was great! We don't receive any calls for support from them. Their customer service has been excellent. If you want the best, go with Matrix Networks! We needed something to help us move our call center into the cloud. We also needed someone who knew what they were doing and had a lot of…

  • The speed at which this process occurred is amazing!! It's just incredible..and timely too!!! That took some time away form my personal life but it worked well as far me getting work done while working full time hours.I'm so happy its over now:)

Cloud Phone Deployment Services - One Stop Shop for Phone Management

It's a one stop shop. I literally can do everything from start to finish in one spot! Very easy to use. We had some issues when transferring our numbers. They were quick to respond and resolve. It was not something they could control, but with their support we had no problem moving forward. Very happy with the service and the process so far.
