I've bought a few products from Pyle before and I've been satisfied, so I keep getting things from them, but sometimes the product can have some qualities that make it not quite suitable for me . However, this purchase really surprised me. I've been using the Turtle Beach wireless headset for about 3 years now and the mic has always done its job, but I wanted to upgrade. I saw this thing at Pyle's and thought it was worth a try and it just blew my mind. If you compare the two sounds in an MP3 program, the difference between day and night is striking and Pyle's recording is significantly warmer than the headset's microphone. All my Discord friends (voice chat software for games) say that Pyle's microphone sounds more like I'm speaking in a room. Between the quality of the mic and stand, the pop screen, the windshield, the shock, everything is a bargain for $45 in my book. Tip: read the instructions. I had the mic in reverse for a few days so it was very quiet at first. Read the instructions and also the mic stand in my picture is different from the one in the box. Mine has an input cable in the mic stand but the one that comes with it is on the outside but it still does the job.
