Review on Hiware Glass Carafe - 50 Oz Drip-Free Design by Kayla Johnson

I've had this carafe for two years now. The glass is too thin at the bottom and the spout clogs and the metal around the spout gets stuck causing liquid to spill out when it suddenly detaches. I always had to be careful when pouring because of problems with the spout and when installing because I was afraid that the glass would break. Eventually it happened: the metal spout got stuck and the liquid first spilled then suddenly poured out causing the liquid to spill over the cup I was pouring into and when I put the carafe down abruptly the bottom broke. The liquid went everywhere - on the shoes, the counter, between the fridge and the counter, under the fridge. You'll need to fix spout issues and strengthen the base somehow - either add thicker glass or a rubber base.
