    Collapsed onto a thin wall, no response from company.

    Extremely thin walled, broke while stirring orange juice with a wooden spoon.     Almost perfect on Drinkware

    It's hard to find a heat-resistant carafe to pour hot water over tea bags. Except for the lid, this one is very good. I thought the lid would be tighter. It seals, but if the contents of the container need to be stirred, you actually have to stir it by shaking it (even if you're holding it up) and the contents will flow out. I bought both 35 oz and 50 oz. The smaller one came with a sponge attached to the handle to clean the inside of the carafe. Pro, Heat Resistant, Unsealed.

    We have never used this pitcher for anything other than filtered water and have never put it in the dishwasher - not once, and yet there is some gross buildup on the lid. See image. rev. Stainless steel should not degrade over time. What's really disappointing is that we contacted the company to let them know and they wouldn't send us a new jug or even a new lid!     The spout is stuck and the bottom of the glass is too thin

    I've had this carafe for two years now. The glass is too thin at the bottom and the spout clogs and the metal around the spout gets stuck causing liquid to spill out when it suddenly detaches. I always had to be careful when pouring because of problems with the spout and when installing because I was afraid that the glass would break.     So my wife bought this because she wanted it, but I'm pretty sure she did because I kept leaving drips on the counter. This carafe doesn't really drip!     A great addition to any home! I 100% recommend this jug but basically if you are sure you will never drop it it looks amazing and works great but i will probably die if it ever falls off. It's very light and thin in itself, I'm sure it can break easily.     I like it very much! Who knew you could love such a simple, useful everyday item. An almost overlooked plus point, because who needs to read the decanter instructions? Obviously I am lol! First, when pouring, I removed the metal lid insert instead of just gently touching it to pop the lid.
