Missing parts in accessories

Well, here we are at Amazon sellers. So, after months of discussions and conversations with multiple comics, joke writers and producers from the Gretchin team, we settled on the EVO Mojo Dream Grip. I'm throwing a few hundred bucks in this thing. Orlando Comics including myself are in the podcasting phase here, they have daily live streams that we have to deal with, we are working on ready made comedy sketches and of course we have to record live performances as well. So we need something versatile and modular. Of course we get that sucker, get excited and bam. The first thing I noticed is that I have a mic bag but no mic. The actual design of this particular doesn't seem to last. But who knows. I'll probably never know how quickly that happens this morning. The frame is there, but there are no bolts or nuts to attach anything to the frame. I mean literally, there's nothing smart here. Also, the phone's grip appears to be broken and part of the screw at the top is missing. So this morning it's just a big, expensive paperweight. I'd love to write a real review on the setup itself and how cool it is, but see problem one and two. I checked the lights, they seem ok, the batteries charge via USB. This setup is very light for what it was designed for. However, there is not even a folding tripod or any mounts for standard tripods for 200 euros, which surprised me a bit. .God people.#orlandocomedy finds that very unfunny
