My 3 year old niece loved this set and was the first one she wanted to play with (of the many birthday gifts she received). The next day she came with a necklace she made herself for her child's birthday and her father wore one too :) Now she's asking for more beads because let's face it, they get lost quickly. I wish these beads came in a better storage box or even a deeper, smaller container. All beads are most often laid out on a flat tray, and if you don't immediately put them in a container, they will be scattered all over the floor in a matter of minutes.
