It has been almost 9 months since I bought this ring and my fingers were too swollen from pregnancy to wear my platinum rings with real diamonds. This ring has not survived fading or missing stones even though I occasionally get wet while washing my hands or bathing with my kids. I'm not very careful with him and I don't sleep with him. I am very impressed considering the price. I will say that even after cleaning it does not achieve the same radiance and brilliance as my real diamond ring next to it, but from the photos and just by wearing it you cannot tell that it is cheap. I had a couple ask me where I got it from when they bought engagement rings. Great purchase, still impressed, this ring is still standing after almost a year
