Great ice storage
LOVE IT. I've always loved making homemade ice cream, but after the Salt & Straw cookbook, it's taken it to a whole new level. Of course I needed something to store these wonderful mixtures. These ice buckets are great because they insulate and seal very well. I had no problems with ice layers or crystals. The silicone lid fits perfectly so you can rest assured that your ice cream is sealed securely. I ended up buying extra ones (to the chagrin of our waistlines). And for the price you really can't beat them.
