As you can see in the photos, with an internet speed of 340m/s, the camera is 2ft from the modem and still not playing 1080p video. I contacted Reolink support. Basically they said my camera was far from the modem or I had slow internet. The same thing they say here, when someone complains about this problem, they ask if there's a better antenna, and they reply that it's not needed because your camera, well, you know the rest of the game. Anyway I thought it's ok I'm going to send it back as I figured I must have received a faulty camera to begin with. The second is EXACTLY the same. To be honest this is the second time in a row the support team didn't answer me but I'm pretty sure what they will say.
