Three Way Comparison, Lithium Powered Hand Air Compressors

Summary: A similar mini air compressor was previously reviewed on Vine, so I'll compare them to these two. Observations: First, I will discuss the similarities: a) lithium battery powered, b) accessories for inflating tires and balls, c) different pressure units, d) LED lighting. Next I will talk about the differences. The other two charge via USB-C, but this EZARC is 4.2V with a round DC plug. SUNTA can set a target pressure and stop automatically, LoMas need to be stopped manually. This EZARC has a preset but it didn't work; Set it to 38.0 PSI and it ballooned to 39.5 and wouldn't stop. LoMas has a detachable battery that can also be used as a power bank, this Ezarc can be used as a power bank (non-detachable) and the Sunta doesn't have one. LoMas and Ezarc are slightly larger than Sunta (both in length and diameter). LoMas has a 1000mAh battery, Sunta has a 1200mAh battery and Ezarc has a 2000mAh battery. LoMas and Ezarc say the max pressure is 150psi, Sunta is 120psi. VIDEO: In the video, I depressurized my car tire to 25psi and then inflated it with Ezarc. I didn't charge the battery and after about 35psi the unit shut down. I turned it back on and the power meter showed 2/3 again, it repeated that cycle twice. The third time I turned it on, I found that the tire was now inflated to 39.5, which is above the preset 38.0. Recommendations: 1) I would go for a USB-C charging hoop, 2) the big battery trade-off is the extra size (and the cyclist carrying the pump wants the smallest one (Sunta) otherwise the other two have one larger cells, 3) all three heat up, if you have time to let the compressor cool down it will last longer. Pros: Largest 2000mAh battery; The digital pressure is accurate (compared to the TireTek sensor). Disadvantages: 1) battery charge indicator, three-level, inaccurate; out of the box showed 3 stripes; After starting the pump it dropped to 2 bar, then a few minutes later to 1 bar, then quickly to the point of blinking and then went off. When connected to the charger for 5 minutes back to 3 bars. 2) The USB adapter is a 4.2V device that uses a DC connector. Conclusion: For 40 euros I give the Ezarc 4 stars, mainly because the pre-installed feature does not work and also because of the inconsistent battery levels. My first recommendation for a smaller pump is the Sunta. Otherwise my second recommendation is LoMas and the third Ezarc.
