Review on 🥘 Cuisinart PSC-350 3.5 Quart Programmable Slow Cooker - Silver - 9.5"H x 9.1"W x 12.67"L by Isaac Morales

Incredibly disappointing. I have owned this precision multi cooker for many years. My husband broke the inner pot while rinsing and I immediately ordered the same stove based on my experience with my old stove. nope I haven't read the latest reviews. When I opened this item, the metal rim covering the outer metal part of the pot detached from the inside of the pot and did not stick to the outer metal case. But even worse, the inner ceramic pot was deformed. My old lid fitted snugly, flat and tight so all the hot air didn't come out. This lid rolls and slides anywhere. The rim that the lid rests on is no longer flat like my original, but is now curved and rolls into the pan. You can see how flat the original lip was. (See attached photo, the old shard is on the left.) Almost 1/4 inch was left in places for heat to escape. I loved my old kitchen. This one looks the same but is so poorly made it's sad. I have already packed it for return.
