Like a landscape full of stunning flowers, ShoppingOnBed ultimately disappoints once you dig a little deeper. While I was impressed by the variety of products they offered for outdoor use, my overall purchasing experience was less than stellar. The advertised quality wasn't matched by the actual goods, in my experience. Products were of lower grade and did not match their descriptions. Imagine appreciating a fragrant blossom only to find out it has no scent. There was also a noticeable lack of customer care. There seemed to be no way out of the confusing situation. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't seem to get anywhere with my problem. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was not a top priority for the staff. In sum, I did not enjoy my time spent on ShoppingOnBed. Their wares have an appealing veneer, but they ultimately fall short. I wouldn't suggest going there if you want a dependable and enjoyable shopping experience for your outdoor gear needs.
