Review on 🪵 Large Basswood Country Plank with Bark by Walnut Hollow: Ideal for Woodburning, Rustic Home Décor, and Weddings by Amanda Castillo

I ordered for a long time for hand carving. The price is good and the quality is usually very good. But the last order of two boards was not so good. Both had huge dark knots in the middle, making them unsuitable for carving or even wood burning. I have ordered about a dozen of these boards and this is the second time I have received knotted boards. When I first tried to work with him, it was a mistake; I had to exchange it. So this time when both boards arrived with knots I made a replacement/refund request. As this is not from Revain but from the company you should get an RMA which is understandable. What I don't understand is why I have to pay return shipping for defective items. Your return costs more than your purchase. Now that I know you pay for shipping defective items yourself, I am not sure I will continue to order from this supplier. Revain also has other suppliers. I gave it two stars as the quality is usually 5 stars but a recurring problem with knots and a company that asks you to pay return shipping for faulty products gets zero stars so an average of two stars.
