Absolutely amazing

What a nice surprise with this knife!1 An extremely sharp hatchet is a fact. I ordered a cleaver with a dark "dimpled" handle that hides the (Aroma House) logo and other food stains on its very reflective surface. It's well balanced and not too heavy, but heavy enough to work with meat. A full 3" x 6.5 blade (excluding the handle) is the same size. A great entry-level knife if you've never used one. The price is perfect for it, and YES, it cuts chicken bones and tendons easily, but I wouldn't try to make something harder. The blade is too thin for big bones. Vegetables come off the board in one movement - we wash, we proceed to cut meat. ONE knife. Perfect. I have 2 3" N52- Ordered neodymium bar magnets to hang this cleaver on the side of my closet where I do most of my chopping work.He has his own house and is far from random strikes.Would you lose a finger!Totally recommended for those who go to using cleaver style knife for the first time its nice and well made you found the right thing.
