Works well with TWC
I bought this to replace my existing TWC modem because TWC are now charging a new monthly rental for their modems. It was very easy to set up by calling TWC customer service. I just had to plug it in and provide the MAC address. After that I restarted my computer and router and when they worked again the modem worked just as well as my old one. Note that I have turbo internet and none of the higher classes; This modem does not work with TWC over Turbo.
