They sent me an open box

They sent me an open box and after disassembling the machine I found that the 3.5 inch coupler was missing. I had to rent a car to go to an auto parts store and buy one so I could pack my car and drive home. Also, the list of tools needed does not say anything about the vise needed to disassemble the air case.
