Review on 🥧 Nordic Ware 9 Inch Charcoal Springform Pan, 10 Cup Capacity by Mike Starling

This is my favorite cheesecake pan! I'm a professional baker and this is Paula Dean's best pumpkin cheesecake pan for clients and family alike. The pan does not deform, leaks minimally, does not get dirty and does not bend. I always recommend washing your hands. I place a silicone baking pan on a baking sheet and place this pan on top to safely load and remove the cheesecakes in the oven. For cheesecake recipes that call for a double boiler, I use a slow cooker half filled with water. As for a leak, the only leak I've encountered is a minimal spill of oil from the bottom during baking. If you found this review helpful, please upvote it.
