Although this item appears to work I cannot say that it will work as described due to the written description, specifications and lack of any documentation to compare. It seems that the seller (author) does not speak technical English or the basics of electricity. In addition to the input and output, the device has setting potentiometers: What do they do? Who knows, although I can assume they offer voltage regulation I guess.
