I ride a Victory Vision men's road bike and this bag just barely fits inside. The Velcro straps, which feel fairly flimsy (unlike the rest of the bag), had to be pulled almost to the limit to secure the bag. I'm not entirely comfortable with how snug they fit, how loose the seams seem, but so far it hasn't been a problem. My biggest criticism of this bag is how little it holds at this size. It takes up almost a quarter of the space between the frames, but I couldn't fit a collapsible wallet and a small cellphone at the same time. I have a much smaller Avenir saddlebag that holds more. This bag's unusual shape and inability to stretch limits its usefulness. If you want to carry a bunch of keys and a phone, that will work, but something else, and you should probably buy (in addition to or instead of) a saddlebag.
