Review on TECBEARS No Tangle Filament for Dimensional Printing by Joshua Paulson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Where do I start!?: 3D Printing Filament

I always see ads for cheap filament but this is the worst. There is nothing constant with this thread: from shrinkage to the width of the material. At first I thought it might be my day off, so I tried many options. As soon as I got a halfway decent test, the nozzle clogged. I bought regular PLA so my expectations weren't that high, but it just crushed my lowest expectations. Filament which in itself is a nuisance but didn't show much of it when printing, plus everything else was much more visible [EXTRUSION] I've never had my nozzle clogged and I always clean my extrusion system. when changing material. This thread still gets stuck and clogs everything to the point where I have to pull it out, or worse, disassemble the entire nozzle assembly and deal with it from there. At least it wasn't blocked by water. Also with acetone one does not react either for good or for bad. [SHRINK] Just in case I have a 0.5 inch block to print on (I've had a few) I have 2% to 5% shrinkage will not stick to heated borosilicate or heated acrylic I've tried everything, from hairspray to bears to freshly scraped glass, and even a raft won't stick [CONCLUSION] The hardest part I just ruled out human error and cleaned my printer When I compared it to Overture and eSun, I decided it was just plain awful Filament was. At least now I have time to clean the nozzle and heater block while waiting to get another pla roll from eSun.
