*Review updated 05/2020: After sending Revain a message to the seller that the charger was no longer working properly, I was contacted via email the same day or the next . The email contained several "troubleshooting" steps to be taken to ensure that the product was indeed defective. + Anchors for their customer service. A new charger was sent to me promptly and free of charge (as expected, since it has a lifetime guarantee). Very impressed with their response to my problem. Hope this charger lasts more than 1 year and hope I don't have to replace it again any time soon. But I'm sure Anker can handle an emergency. Purchased this 10ft Lightning cable from Anker on May 31, 2019. It was working fine about 2 months ago. The cable started charging intermittently, sometimes it stops charging at the slightest touch of the cable. Disappointing considering they are among the best and have to claim to be the 'cable of a lifetime'. I would like to know how to get a replacement.?
