No English instructions
Bought for my sister who has never done cross stitch. It looked like a good and easy start. While the kit itself looks like it would be perfect for a beginner, all of the instructions are in Japanese. No newbie could figure it out on their own. Now I have to sit down and teach them instead of just sending them off to try and answer any questions that come up. The overall quality of the kit seems good, but I can't gift it as planned.
