Excellent craftsmanship and customer service
I have purchased 3 Zelite knives. The 8" and 10" chef's knives and the 4.25" paring knife are beautiful to look at and very comfortable to hold. I've used regular kitchen knives for most of my life. Impressive to switch to this level of quality, I'm very happy with my purchase. Zilite customer service is also excellent. I had a knife that came with 2 very small imperfections. When I contacted their customer service they immediately offered to fix that Knife to be replaced - day fast shipping, replacement knife dispatched Now all three are perfect and I would highly recommend Zilite's quality product and their customer centric attitude.
