I've bought several tool belts recently and I haven't liked them all. I had an old Craftsman belt very similar to this one that was worn out. I like it for small jobs that don't involve lugging around a lot of tools. I am convinced that leather is the best way. The fabric ones are thin and have no support. The tape measure is also a plus. Just a recommendation, buy some neatsfoot oil to soften the leather as the new skin is rock hard.
