Good investment for power and hand tools

Love it for my hand tools. I always have 2 screwdrivers on the sides. My spirit level, grooves and 7/16 socket fit perfectly in a large bag. I keep the continuity tester in a small front pocket and the 7/16 and 3/8 buttons in another. My Milwaukee band slides right in. I abuse this thing and it keeps ticking. Got it for my student.

CLC Custom Leathercraft 700 Tool Bag Heavy Duty 5 Pockets Brown

This is my second of these tool bags. The first lasted many, many years. I like them because they are small but strong enough to hold my pliers, some screwdrivers, a pencil and a wire stripper. Too much weight and my hip goes numb on the other side. I always put a belt loop under a heavy pulley to straighten it before putting it on.

Pros
  • Nice Packaging
Cons
  • Small Parts

Great for small jobs; I wish there were bigger screwdriver holders

I've bought several tool belts recently and I haven't liked them all. I had an old Craftsman belt very similar to this one that was worn out. I like it for small jobs that don't involve lugging around a lot of tools. I am convinced that leather is the best way. The fabric ones are thin and have no support. The tape measure is also a plus. Just a recommendation, buy some neatsfoot oil to soften the leather as the new skin is rock hard.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Frequency

Nice sturdy little bag! Still a year and a half later

Originally I thought it was too small. It turns out to be perfect. In a large bag I have a roto-split, wire strippers, a rock saw, and a 6-inch spirit level. My little lineman tongs fit perfectly in one of the front little pockets. The other small front pocket also held my cord cutters well. The only thing I need is a tape chain or something to hold the tape. Also, this bag appears to be well made and durable! It's been over a year and a half and the bag still holds up well after hard daily…

Great Tool Bag

My husband wanted this bag to replace the bag he had with the fabric belt loop that was frayed. on the leg, but holds the essentials - a quick screwdriver, pliers, maglite, etc. This one fills the bill. (Note that you can't carry ALL your tools with it, but you don't have to - it has a mobile tool chest and only needs some basics for quick access. It's leather. It holds things up well and my husband is very happy so worth the money.

An old friend the best tool organizer

I've been installing floors professionally for 18 years, since I was 16 years old. I started this case in 1999-2000 until I lost it a few years ago (13-14 years of daily use). Since then I've tried many pouches and haven't felt really happy/comfortable with any. The last one I received was too worn and torn so when I was looking for a new bag and saw this one I immediately clicked buy now! I've been using it for about a week now and it's like it's never left me (literally). It was like seeing…

Solid and compact for tool bags

I love this item. I wear it to work and it has room for all my essential tools and more. I carry an 8" crescent wrench in the side slot, needle tips front left, side slots front right, and in a large pocket I have one of those 6-in-1 screwdrivers, a set of KEX metric wrenches, and a pair of medium-sized pliers, and I know , that's not what they're designed for, but I keep a few channel locks in a tape holder as they kind of keep them in place well. I've never fallen out, and as a technician, I…
