I like most of its features, easy to manage it with ease. The app has very good UI for the end users (agents) as well which can be easily accessed from any location. It's great platform for managing all activities related to education agency business/marketing. Support team sometimes slow at responding so need some patience when you are facing problems during your work life cycle using this product. We used agentCIS mostly in India market but still not able use full potentials due to other countries time zone difference etc. I like very much the user interface, it’s very simple to use. It’s a good tool for managing and automating your business process. The customer support is really fast and always ready to help you with any problem you have. We have been working for several months together without any issues or problems. If you are looking for a solution to manage all your agents in a single place and automate workflow between clients, this is surely the right product for you.
