Review on C & S Products Insect Delight, Pack of 12 by Amy Anderson

I am very disappointed in Peanut Treat Lard. Birds fed on it for several days, and then it turned black, and no birds except woodpeckers approached it. I usually put in three squares of lard and am surprised when all three turn black. I waited for the woodpeckers to work on the black squares, but then they didn't come to them either. I ended up throwing away about half of each square and laying out three more. Again they turned black after a few days. I've bought different "flavors" in the past and they've been fine. Did I get a bad batch of roasted peanuts or is it something else in the mix?
