This is a random air filter comparison. I ordered an OEM Motorcraft air filter. It was easy to find and delivery was quick. The item was properly packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Before this purchase, I bought a non-genuine gold air filter from China. The gold filter felt very fragile and I felt uncomfortable putting it in my F150. Raven comes to the rescue. The Ford Motorcraft OEM filter is heavier than other filters. Sorry, no ounce display. I even put it in the sun and the OEM was thicker and didn't let in as much light as the aftermarket filter. The OEM was designed by better paid engineers than me; so they must know what they are doing. Motorcraft fitted perfectly and made a great seal. Plus, it's made in the USA. Use with confidence.
