Bought as a birthday present for a person with a very sensitive allergy to metals. It was hard to find earrings that didn't hurt. It turns out that even the smallest amounts of impurities in supposedly hypoallergenic products cause inflammation, itching and pus. The description of why they don't cause allergies (silver, nickel-free, platinum) was reassuring, so I gave them a try. She is very fond of bunnies and immediately put them on because they are quite cute and forgot to take them out when she went to bed and then continued working all day and didn't take them out for a full 24 hours.
