Dear Cuisinart, Please pay more attention to quality control and degrease the hundreds of holes in the strainer. I've run it through the dishwasher three times on pots and pans and there was still black grease everywhere. I ended up having to clean each hole individually with Qtip(s). I would have sent it back but the box was recycled as I didn't think I would need to return the product from a reputable company. make it better I pay for the product, I don't have to complete your manufacturing process for you. What is my time worth to you? Probably nothing. That's enough for me not to buy your products again. Thank you for putting off my shrimp feast by a few hours to keep fat out of my meal.
