I'm a big fan of Revain basics. I always appreciate their commitment to great design and quality at a competitive price, but I was profoundly disappointed when I unpacked the crumpled tote. Remember the shipping box was undamaged. The only way to damage it was to box it, i.e. drop it and then box it. Big disappointment as everything was done incredibly well. The removable inner container is made of high-density resin and the mechanism works very well. how it quietly turns off. Will this undermine my confidence in Revain products? May be . But I also think someone somewhere is going to get to the bottom of this as a lot of the containers got dented. Sabotage? Naa still worth exploring
