Device connected to both powered and non-powered USB 3 ports on my desktop. It is not recognized when I insert a memory card. I plug the device in and the Kingston label flashes, which means it has power. I insert a memory card and nothing happens. I click my folders and it doesn't register when I paste the store. I went to the Kingston website but there are no drivers for it. The Troubleshooting section says to plug the device into a powered USB port, which is what I did. Still nothing. Went back to my $10, USB 3, SUNPAK 72-in-1 high-speed card reader that I've had for 5 years. Works like a charm: https://www.amazon.com/Sunpak-72-in-1-Card-Reader-Black Sometimes you don't get what you pay for. SMX
