When you have to be in multiple locations at one time, it is incredibly helpful! I love how easy this program makes scheduling meetings/conferences so much easier than using email or text messaging. The notifications feature can sometimes get annoying but there are ways around that if your organization has people who like change their notification settings to a lower level. This app is great when we're all out of our office together because we can quickly communicate with everyone from anywhere without having them come into an office.
