Bought a Roomba E5 in April 2020 and used it every night. It was covered in lots of dirt and dog hair—so much so that I had to regularly disassemble the wheels to remove what appeared to be felt pads on bearings. Long hair (and the occasional thread) also wrapped around the rollers and cut into the rubber. After 8 months, the darker of the two ridges was completely severed. Half of the reel kept spinning, but the non-motorized side just spun freely. These replacements brought Roomba back to full operation. I really liked the extra filters and three arm brushes. The original filter and brush were in fair condition. (To be honest, I've regularly blown the filter out with compressed air a few times. If you don't have access to an air compressor, changing the filter more often is probably a good idea.) The Roomba is a bit noisier, though. with these spare parts as original. A kind of knocking, as if the vacuum cleaner hits something. I don't know why it's louder. The 3-hand brush is slightly longer than the original. Can it be one of the drive wheels?
