This ring runs smaller than expected but just barely. My daughter (age 21) has anxiety and this ring has been very helpful for her! At first it doesn’t spin very easily but with lots of use that changes and now easily spins. She used to click pens or tap pencils nonstop but now she just spins the ring! It’s not the best quality but it has held up to excessive, daily spinning :)
