I'm a fidgeter, but it's not really appropriate to play with things in a professional setting. This ring is small and unobtrusive so it's not that noticeable to be turning it like a fidget toy. The cutouts aren't as black as the website photo looks, so unless you get close it's just a silver ring with a design, not a definite "moon and stars" pattern.Two stars off because the spinning part of the ring doesn't have a smooth movement, it's almost scraping. The Milocato ring spins smoothly and is so shiny that I checked for a hallmark (it is there). I had forgotten that it is rhodium coated, which does keep it from tarnishing as quickly. It ships in a small velveteen bag with a small piece of chamois to keep it looking good. It is very well made and the design is nice too. I only wish that it came in half sizes. This isn’t far the best fidget toy I’ve gotten for my pre teen girl. It’s not obvious it’s for her anxiety and it’s very in-style. She wears it every single day and it makes no noise. She used it so much I had to put a little oil (I used lavender) on it to keep it from sticking, but it went right back to normal afterwards. Nice to see they are making options for older kids.

This ring runs smaller than expected but just barely. My daughter (age 21) has anxiety and this ring has been very helpful for her! At first it doesn’t spin very easily but with lots of use that changes and now easily spins. She used to click pens or tap pencils nonstop but now she just spins the ring! It’s not the best quality but it has held up to excessive, daily spinning :)

This is a very nice ring I love the detail and the suns and moons. I also like the fact that it's sterling silver. The only thing that I wish it would be easier to spin it. It seems to get stuck a lot and doesn't go very fast without effort.
