Convenient way track client info anywhere

The software allows my team to have instant access of all customer information online from any location at anytime! This is very useful as we are an extremely remote office with lots of people working out side our main offices. We can now easily reach everyone's accounts when needed. I do not think this app has many features that could be improved upon however it does exactly what you would want/expect for such a product - so it should come highly recommended. Tracking leads through multiple methods available within the system which makes everything much easier than having separate systems or apps set up for each method (i.e., Salesforce). Easy integration into existing CRM platform without additional costs involved. Ability to see current status of open account inquiries throughout day. It also helps us organize tasks and time management better compared to using email alone. Very helpful especially during long business trips where one may forget about certain things they need to attend to but still want them taken care off quickly once back home again.
