Review on CompLogix Compensation by Jake Powell

The most helpful feature for me was being able use my payroll data from our previous system into this one! It also helped us track time off which we had no way in prior systems other than manually entering it each pay period or having an employee do so if they were eligible but not taking any days at least once per year via Payroll Data Transfer Service - very handy!! I wish there would be more features available as well such things are missing when compared against others out there. We have improved upon tracking timesheets by using paid leave rather then manual entry through another program; however now some employees don't want anyone else looking up information about them because someone may find something embarrassing/inappropriate etc., therefore creating issues between departments who need access info versus those individuals concerned only wanting privacy while still allowing proper record keeping within HRIS platform itself.
